The problem

Subscriptions renew without saying so.

Small enough to skip past line by line. Together, not small.

$321a year

on subscriptions people no longer use.

Self Financial, 2026 — $26.79/month, n=1,272 U.S. consumers.

The trial that converted

Day 8. No email, no notice. Charging ever since.

The app you opened once

Used in March. Still bills on the 14th.

The quiet price rise

Two dollars more. Identical receipt.

The yearly renewal

Lands eleven months after you were done.

How it works — shipped today

Statement in, recurring charges out.

No bank connection is involved at any point, and nothing is cancelled unless you do it yourself.

  1. 1

    Upload a statement

A PDF or CSV from your bank or card issuer — or add a subscription by hand. There is no screen in the app that accepts a bank password.

    Nothing uploaded yet

Choose a PDF or CSV statement

    Choose a file

    Add one by hand

  2. 2

    See what recurs

Name, amount, cadence, next renewal date. One list, one monthly total on the hero.

    YouTube Premium

    Renews Sep 18

    $13.99/mo

    Disney+

    Renews Sep 22

    $10.99/mo

  3. 3

    Cancel what you don’t want

SpendSentry gives you the route to cancel with that company, step by step, then checks it stuck.

    Netflix

    $15.49 · monthly

Cancel Netflix — show me how

You confirm every step. SpendSentry never cancels for you.

What you get

A watchdog on every renewal.

Every subscription in one list

From your statement, plus anything you add by hand. Monthly total, always current.

Renewal dates, tracked

What charges next, and when, before the statement says so.

Price-increase alerts

Old price, new price, date it changed — labelled in words, never colour alone.

Cancellation help

The route to cancel, per company, including what they'll offer to keep you.

Coming soon — not available yet

Email scan: connect Gmail or Outlook, skip the upload.

It’s built. It isn’t switched on. It needs a restricted Google permission that’s still in review, so nobody can use it today — including you, if you buy in the next minute.

When it clears it becomes a second way in. The statement upload above stays how SpendSentry works, and it’s what you’re paying for. No launch date, because we don’t have one.

A schematic, not a screenshot. No inbox is connected here, and none can be yet.

Trust & privacy

We never ask for your bank login.

SpendSentry has no bank connection at all. No online-banking username, no third-party account linking, nothing to phish. It reads the statement you choose to give it — that’s the whole extent of its access to your money.

No credentials · No account linking · No money movement

No bank credentials, ever

Not requested, not stored, not supported by the product.

Your statement, read for one purpose

To find the charges that repeat. Delete it and the file goes with it.

Nothing happens without you

SpendSentry never moves money and never cancels anything on your behalf.

If email scan ever turns on

It would read only what it needs to identify subscriptions and receipts, and only after you connect it yourself.

Pricing

Three terms. Same product.

Bought here on the web, used in the iPhone or Android app. The first term is discounted; then each plan renews at full price, on the same cadence, until you cancel.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Anything else: support@getsentry.app

Do you need my bank login?

No. There's no bank connection in SpendSentry at all. You upload a statement, or add subscriptions by hand.

Which statements can I upload?

A PDF or CSV statement from a U.S. bank or card issuer — the same file you'd download from online banking.

Does the app cancel for me?

No. It shows you the route to cancel and checks whether it worked. You make the cancellation.

Is my statement stored, and for how long?

It's read to identify recurring charges and kept with your account so the list stays accurate. Delete the upload, or your account, and it goes. Details in the Privacy Policy.

When can I connect my email?

Not yet, and we won't promise a date — it's pending a restricted Google permission review. Buy on what works today: statement upload and manual entry.

How do I reach a human?

support@getsentry.app, or the contact form at getsentry.app/support. A person answers, in U.S. business hours.
